Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
•Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the starting service price.
•Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the starting service price.
Failure to provide notice will result in a ban from future bookings until the outstanding fee is paid.
